Terms of service
1: Securing a Place
Securing a Place on one of our retreats is secured with a £199 Non-refundable deposit.
2: Total Price
The total price of the week includes breakfast, lunch & dinner, a single occupancy ensuite room for the duration of your stay, morning and afternoon snacks & refreshments, use of the sewing room.
3: Payment Balance
Payment balances will be due by the date stated in each retreat/ event product listing. A payment link will be emailed to you to pay the balance. Alternatively payments can be made through our website
4: Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your confirmed booking, we will make every effort to resell your place. Any cancellation after the 01/02/2025 will still need to be paid in full unless a replacement guest can be found to take the place.
Cancellation between 12 and 7 weeks before the event: 50% of the booking value
Cancellation between 7 weeks and the event itself, including non-arrivals: 100% of the booking value
All Deposits are Non-refundable.
5: Use of Sewing Room
We will have exclusive use of the sewing room for the duration of the event so your sewing projects don’t need to be packed up overnight, however we do not accept any liability if you choose to leave items in the sewing room unattended.
The sewing room will be locked and secured overnight.
6: Ticket Restrictions
We’re restricting the number of tickets to make sure you have plenty of space and time at the event and to take part in planned workshops, demonstrations or ad-hoc activities.
7: Accessibility Facilities at Bosworth Hall Hotel
Bosworth Hall Hotel & Spa has a range of facilities to help guests feel more comfortable.
Bosworth Hall hotel may not be ideal for guests who have walking difficulties or use a wheelchair. If you require more information, please contact us.
Disabled facilities at Market Bosworth hotel include:
• Disabled car parking spaces
• A hearing loop at reception
• Lift access to bedrooms
• One disabled guest room
• Access to restaurant is via stairs (restaurant is also accessible by walking around the building)
• Access to bar
• Access to pool is via stairs
• Access to most conference facilities
• A disabled changing room
Hannah’s Room Retreats Ltd have ensured that the sewing room located on 1st Floor, the bedrooms and restaurant are all accessible, however use of the Spa will involve negotiating steps or alternatively following the path around the hotel to access the Spa
8: Spa treatments
Spa Treatments are available by prebooking only and are not included in the retreat package. Please see the list of treatments and prices and let us know if you would like us to arrange the booking for you.
Payment for any treatments will need to be made directly to the hotel on the day of treatment
9: Car Parking
Car parking is free, however, to avoid any charges you must register your vehicle registration in the hotel reception on arrival.
Failure to do so, may result in parking fines.
10: Pool and Leisure Facilities
All our guests will have free use of the pool and leisure facilities during their stay.
Guests use these facilities at their own risk. Hannahs Room Retreats Ltd take no responsibility for personal injury or damage/ loss to personal property
