Cancellation Policy

 If you wish to cancel your confirmed booking, we will make every effort to resell your place. Any cancellation after the specified cut off period for your Retreat will still need to be paid in full unless a replacement guest can be found to take the place.

Cancellation between 12 and 7 weeks before the event: 50% of the booking value

Cancellation between 7 weeks and the event itself, including non-arrivals: 100% of the booking value

All Deposits are Non-refundable.
